Is CBD legal? 

According to the World Health Organization: “CBD is generally well tolerated with a good safety profile. Several countries have modified their national controls to accommodate CBD as a medicinal and cosmetic product. To date, there is no evidence of recreational use of CBD or any public health related problems associated with the use of pure CBD.” www.who.int 

According to the US Congress: 2018 Farm Bill that was issued legalizes the use of CBD recreational products in all it 51 states, containing less than 0.3% THC www.republicans-agriculture.house.gov
